Please do not take this personal. I uphold my policies to ensure consistent, high-quality service and to protect both my clients and my business. This consistency helps build trust and reliability, ensuring that everyone receives the same level of excellence and professionalism.

Cancellations &
No Shows

I respect your time, and I would kindly ask that you also respect mine. If you need to cancel or reschedule please make sure to do so 24hrs prior to your appointment time to avoid a 50% charge. Any No-show appointments will result in a full 100% charge for the service.

Late Policy

Be honest with me, I understand that life happens. I do have a 15 minute grace period but after that you will be considered as a no-show and will result in a full 100% charge for the service.

Credit Card Required When Booking

A card is required to cover any cancellations fees, no-show fees, or to use on the day of your service. No need to worry, your card will be kept confidential on your own personal account.

When Arriving

Please do not bring any extra guests unless you have discussed it with me. When you are entering the salon please be mindful and quiet for the other clients in services.
